Unlike other darshan categories, no advance booking or online reservation is required. TTD issues these tickets only at the designated NRI counter in Tirumala, making it convenient for eligible devotees who arrive directly at the temple.
To avail this facility, devotees must meet the NRI Darshan criteria in TTD. The primary eligibility requirement is that the applicant's arrival in India should be within the last 90 days from the date of applying for the darshan. During verification, applicants must provide valid proof of their NRI status. Eligible devotees include Non-Resident Indians with a valid foreign passport and OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) cardholders. OCI holders can also utilize this facility by presenting their valid OCI card along with their current passport at the verification counter before purchasing the Rs.300 Special Entry Darshan ticket.
